WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TIME TAKEN TO SHIP AN ORDER?

Once our team has carefully processed your order, we ship it according to your instructions via express shipping. It takes approximately 2 to 4 days (United Kingdom), 2 to 5 days (America & Canada).

WHERE DOES BEAU DOMAINE SHIP?

We ship to Europe, Canada, and the United States. You can check or change your shipping country at any time. Simply use the country selector at the top right of the website on desktop, or at the bottom of the menu on mobile.

HOW MUCH DOES BEAU DOMAINE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping fees are $6.90, and shipping is free for all orders of $59 or more.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While most parcels arrive on time, occasional delays may occur.

Very rarely, tracking may indicate that the package has been "delivered" when, in fact, you have notreceived it. If you believe this is the case with your order, we suggest you to :

- Check if someone else at your address accepted it.
- Verify if a delivery attempt notice has been left in your mailbox.

You can also contact us for shipment confirmation or information regarding the shipping status. Your satisfaction is our top priority. While most parcels arrive on time, occasional delays may occur.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SHIPMENT OR PRODUCT ARRIVED IN A DAMAGED STATE?

While we take all necessary precautions to pack and ship your item with the utmost care, it's possible thatdamage may occur during transit.

Upon receiving your order, please take a few moments to inspect the package for any potential damage. It's important to note that normal wear on the outer packaging may be present. If you discover damage to an item within your shipment, we encourage you to refer to our return policy for additional details or to contact us directly at service@beau-domaine.com. We will request you to provide a photo, and we will guide you through the process.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS AN ERROR WITH MY RECEIVED ORDER, OR IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCTS?

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by an incorrect order. If you have received an incorrect order or notice an error in the products you've received, please contact us promptly by email at service@beau-domaine.com. Kindly describe the error in detail and attach a photo as evidence, if possible. Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you a return coupon for sending back the incorrectly received products in their original, unopened packaging.

Upon receiving these items, we will proceed with shipping the correct products to rectify your order.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING BEAU DOMAINE PRODUCTS?

You have a period of 14 (fourteen) days to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products forany reason, at your own expense. This period begins from the day you receive the products, with thedated delivery note as proof.

To initiate the withdrawal, please send us an email at service@beau-domaine.com, indicating your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address for the products. Please return the products in the original, unopened packaging and include the delivery note and/or the order confirmation to confirm thatthe products were purchased through the website.

Once we receive your product(s), we will proceed with the refund or exchange of your order.

IS IT NECESSARY TO CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT ON BEAU DOMAINE WEBSITE TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS?

Orders can be placed on the website without the need to create a personal account. However, Beau Domaine recommends registering due to various customer benefits, such as tracking orders and their delivery, checking your order history and subscription program, and placing future orders without the need to re enter personal datas. Also, it allows you to join our Loyalty Club, check your loyalty points and earn rewards.

HOW CAN I CREATE A BEAU DOMAINE ACCOUNT?

You can create your customer account by clicking on the “My Account” section at the top right of our website. Simply enter your email address, and you will receive a 6-digit code to confirm your email. You can also create an account in just a few clicks using Shop, Google, or Facebook. If you need any assistance or further information, feel free to contact us at service@beau-domaine.com.

Creating an account on allows you to be quickly identified by the team during your online purchases. You can also:

- Check the history of your orders
- Track the delivery of your orders
- Update your contact details
- Join our loyalty program to access numerous benefits

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

You can modify the information on your account by clicking on "My account". Enter your user ID and your password and, once you are logged in, click on "Edit" to change or delete information. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us so we may assist you with the necessary steps to do so.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you forget your password, click on "My account" and then on "Forgot your password?". An email will be sent to you to reset your password.

MAY I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you wish to modify your order once it has been submitted through our website, please contact us immediately at service@beau-domaine.com. Please note that orders are processed promptly and may have already been shipped.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER IF I MAKE A MISTAKE?

Orders submitted on our website are processed and shipped very quickly. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inform us promptly of any modifications or cancellations by sending an email to service@beau-domaine.com. If your package is currently being prepared, we can make modifications. However, if the preparation is completed, it will no longer be possible.

IS THERE A SET LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF BEAU DOMAINE PRODUCTS I CAN PURCHASE ONLINE?

If you placed your order through your Beau Domaine customer account, you can also obtain the latest delivery status by checking your delivery confirmation email and entering the tracking number provided by the carrier.

HOW LONG DOES A BEAU DOMAINE ONLINE ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

The processing takes one business day, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. No processing occurs on Christmas Day or public holidays, but they will be processed on the next business day.

Our subscription program is fully flexible and can be customized to suit your needs. You can easily manage your subscription online at any time, adjusting the delivery frequency or date whenever necessary.

Please note that our auto-replenishment program requires a minimum of two deliveries. You may cancel at any time after completing the first two delivery cycles.

HOW DOES THE ASUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM WORK?

Select the subscription option when purchasing any product on our e-shop and save up to 20% on the original price with each delivery.

Choose a delivery frequency of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 months, and your products will be delivered straight to your door. If your chosen frequency no longer suits you, you can easily update the delivery date for each product at any time.

All deliveries are free of charge, and a complimentary gift is included with every order.

CAN I SELECT THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM FOR ALL PRODUCTS FROM BEAU DOMAINE?

All Beau Domaine products and routines are available through our subscription program, with the exception of The Hand & Nail Cream and The Discovery Routine.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD A PRODUCT TO MY NEXT PLANNED DELIVERY?

Yes, it is possible to add products to your upcoming delivery from the dedicated platform. Just click on the "Manage My Subscription" tab in your customer account and select the product(s) to add. Each product can be added as a subscription (with the 20% discount) or as a one-time purchase (without a discount).

CAN I ADVANCE MY NEXT DELIVERY?

Yes, there is a feature on the dedicated platform that allows you to request your next scheduled delivery to be shipped immediately. To access it, go to "Manage my subscription" and then select "Next charge date".

CAN I DELAY MY NEXT DELIVERY?

Yes, it is possible to postpone your next delivery if you send your request at least three days before your next scheduled delivery. To do so, log into your account on the dedicated platform, go to "Manage my subscription" and then select "Next charge date".

CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

No, it is not possible to pause your subscription, but you can reschedule the next delivery date by selecting a date of your choice through the calendar at least three days before the scheduled date of your next delivery. Contact us at service@beau-domaine.com, we can do it for you.

CAN THE SUBSCRIPTION BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS?

No, the subscription 20% discount cannot be combined with other offers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

After three unsuccessful debit attempts, your subscription will be suspended to allow you time to update your payment method. A notification will be sent to you.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY FREQUENCY?

Of course. You can change the delivery frequency without canceling your subscription. Simply log in to your account on the dedicated platform, click on the "Manage My Subscription" tab, and change the frequency from the dedicated tab (Delivery Frequency). You can also contact us via email at service@beau-domaine.com, and we will do it for you.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING AND/OR BILLING ADDRESS?

Certainly. You can update your information without canceling your auto-replenishment program. Simply log into your account on the dedicated platform, click on "Manage my subscription," and select the "Shipping Address" option. Alternatively, you can contact us by email at service@beau-domaine.com.Please note that we require a 3-day delay to include your changes in future deliveries.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT POSSIBLE DELIVERY FREQUENCIES?

You can choose to have your products delivered every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 months. When subscribing to a routine, you can also set a different delivery frequency for each product if needed.

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT IN A SUBSCRIPTION FORMULA?

Yes, you can order different products on a subscription basis. Simply select each product in the online store, choose the Subscription option, then the delivery frequency, before adding it to the cart. Repeat the same process for each desired product. You can also order multiple units of the same product within a subscription.

CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT INCLUDED IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes, there is a feature on the dedicated platform that allows you to change the product(s) included in your subscription. To access it, click on "Manage My Subscription," then select the product(s) you want to include in your subscription. Next, remove the one(s) you wish to withdraw. Feel free to contact us at service@beau-domaine.com; we'll be happy to do it for you!

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel your subscription at any time after a minimum of 2 delivery cycles by sending us an email at service@beau-domaine.com. It is possible to cancel your order if the request is made more than 3 days before the scheduled dispatch date of your next delivery.

Will I receive the same product in my future deliveries?

Absolutely. The contents of your bottle (The Serum, The Cream, The Fluid Cream, or The Rich Cream) remain exactly the same: same formula, same efficacy, and same size. Only the cap changes starting from the 2nd order to become a "travel cap" made of recycled plastic (PCR). Lighter and more compact, this travel cap perfectly protects your product while you are on the go.

Why will I no longer receive the wooden cap after my first order?

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint, we have chosen to stop systematically sending our oak cap, which is a precious object designed to last. By sending you a recycled plastic cap (PCR) cap starting with your second order, we limit unnecessary waste and transport weight, while providing a more practical format for your travels.

What should I do with the wooden cap from my 1st order?

Keep it safe! It was designed to be reused indefinitely. Each time you receive a new product, simply remove the travel cap and place your signature oak cap onto your new bottle so it can regain its rightful place on your shelf.

Are all subscription products affected by this change?

This policy applies to our four iconic skincare products in a subscription: The Serum, The Cream, The Fluid Cream, and The Rich Cream. For any product outside of a subscription, or for your very first purchase, the oak cap remains included.

Why do I still receive a wooden cap with my subscription orders?

This can be explained by three situations:

  • Your subscription date: This eco-responsible initiative applies to new subscriptions made from May 5th. If your subscription started before this date, you will continue to receive your products with the wooden cap. You can switch to the "travel cap" format at any time in your Customer Account. Go to the Subscriptions section, click on Swap products, and select the "travel cap" version. You can also contact our customer service at service@beau-domaine.com, and we will handle the modification for you.
  • A one-time purchase: Non-subscription purchases always include the signature oak cap.This can be explained by three situations:
  • Your subscription date: This eco-responsible initiative applies to new subscriptions made from May 5th. All transactions done on the beau-domaine.com website are extremely secure. An SSL encryption systemis in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, Beau Domaine makes a commitment to you not to save any credit card information. Upon completion of your order, payment authorization will be requested and held. Your card is not charged at this time; the payment settlement occurs when the order is shipped.
