At the top of this page :

  • If you’ve already placed an order, click on “Sign in” and enter the email associated with your Beau Domaine account. A code will be sent to your email; simply enter it to access your account.
  • If you don’t have an account yet, click on “Create an account”, enter your email address, and you’ll receive a code to finalize your account setup.

Log in to your account via the Loyalty Club page, check your points balance, then head to the section “Redeem your points for rewards” and click “Redeem” if you have the required number of points.

For technical reasons, only one promo code can be applied per order. This includes discounts obtained through loyalty points. As a result, only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.

Points must be redeemed directly via your personal account. If you experience issues, please contact our customer service team at service@beau-domaine.com or via WhatsApp at +33 7 57 81 85 12.

Yes. All orders are subject to a 90-day validation period after the reward is unlocked. Only one reward can be ordered at a time, and shipping fees apply for any order under $59 or £59.

No, only one reward can be used per order, except for the “Free Shipping” reward, which can be combined with another.

You’ll need to copy the code associated with the shipping reward and paste it into the promo code field in your cart.

You may place multiple separate orders to use other rewards, and we’ll ensure they’re shipped together in a single delivery.

Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases, point redemptions, or completed missions).

Reminder emails are also sent before expiration if you’re subscribed to the Beau Domaine newsletter.

Unfortunately, expired points cannot be reactivated. We recommend keeping an eye on the expiration date and planning your rewards redemption in advance.
