How to Manage Your Subscription

Change your delivery frequency

Choose any frequency from every month to every six months. Your new rhythm applies to all future orders, and you can change it again at any time.

Reschedule your next order

Running low sooner than expected, or heading away? Bring your next delivery forward, or push it back by a week or two — or pick any date on the calendar. Your regular schedule resumes automatically afterwards.

Swap your product

Your skin changes with the seasons: your subscription can too. Swap the product in your subscription for any other from the range, and the price adjusts automatically. Your delivery date and frequency stay untouched.

Add a one-time purchase

Want to try something without committing? Add any product to your next delivery as a one-time purchase: no subscription, no extra shipping — it simply ships with your existing order.

Skip your next delivery

Need to pause without cancelling? Skip your next order — and if you change your mind, Unskip restores your original date instantly.
