Rules for the "Holiday season giveaway contest" 

Article 1: Game organization
The company LE DOMAINE SAS, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Aix en Provence under number 902 293 505 00019, whose registered office is located at 49 cours Mirabeau 13100 Aix en Provence (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), is organizing a contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest").

Article 2: Purpose of the Game
The Game, which is free and with an obligation to purchase, consists in trying your luck by placing an order on the brand's website at : le-domaine.com (https://le-domaine.com) (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The game is not valid on the site us.le-domaine.com

As part of the Contest, a draw will be held to select the winners from among the participants (hereinafter referred to as "the Participants").

Participation in the Game implies unreserved acceptance of the present rules in their entirety (hereinafter "the Rules").

Article 3: Date and duration of the Contest
The Contest runs from November 10, 2023 to December 31, 2023, on the Website.

Article 4: Conditions of participation and validity of participation

4-1. Entry conditions

The Game is open to all natural persons of legal age who place an order on the Website le-domaine.com. The game is not valid on the site us.le-domaine.com

Persons having collaborated in the organization of the Game, as well as members of their respective direct families, employees of the Organizer or subcontractors of the Organizer and its affiliated companies, are not authorized to participate in the Game.

4-2. Validity of participation

Any participation in the Game will be considered invalid in the event of non-compliance with the present rules. The Organizer therefore reserves the right to eliminate any entry that does not comply with these rules.

Article 5 : Designation of winners

Participation in this Game requires an obligation to purchase. To take part in this Game, participants must have placed an order on our website. After a draw, (carried out on 04/01/2023 between 10am and 4pm), the winner will be contacted by e-mail. Participants will have 1 year to place an order.

The Organizer reserves the right to make any and all verifications concerning identity or domicile.

Any false or erroneous information will result in the immediate elimination of their participation and their prize.

Article 6 : Designation of Prizes

The Game, by random draw, is endowed with the following prize:

3 e-cards worth 150, 300 and 600 euros (to be used towards a future purchase on the Website).

Article 7: Protection of personal data and image rights

The personal data collected as part of participation in the Contest are recorded and used by the Organizer for the purposes of their participation and the awarding of their winnings.

Winners expressly authorize the Organizer, by simply placing their order on the Website, to publish free of charge on the LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram social networks, their identity, i.e. their first and last names, so that the Organizer can communicate about the event.

This authorization is valid for 1 year from the announcement of the winners.

Under the aforementioned conditions, it does not entitle the winners to any rights or financial consideration other than the delivery of their prizes.

In accordance with the "loi informatique et libertés" of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), Participants may withdraw their consent at any time and have the right to access, rectify, modify or delete their personal data. All requests should be sent by post to the Organizer's address: 49 cours Mirabeau 13100 Aix en Provence or by email to: service@le-domaine.com

Article 8: Responsibility of the Organizer

Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organizer's sole obligation in respect of the Game is to submit Website orders to the draw, provided that their participation complies with the terms and conditions of the Rules, and to award the prizes to the winners, in accordance with the criteria and procedures defined in these Rules.

The Organizer may not be held liable for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind whatsoever, without this list being exhaustive.

Article 9: Contesting the Game

Any dispute or claim relating to the Game and/or the prize draw must be made by simple letter addressed to the Organizer at the following address: 49 cours Mirabeau 13100 Aix en Provence or by email at: service@le-domaine.com

This letter must indicate the exact date of participation in the Game, the order number, the player's full contact details and the exact reason for the dispute. No dispute will be considered eight (8) days after the end of the Contest.

No other method of dispute or claim will be considered.

No request or claim concerning the application or interpretation of these Rules will be entertained.

Article 10: Force majeure and reservations

The Organizer may not be held liable if, due to force majeure or an event beyond its control, the Game has to be modified, shortened or cancelled.

The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems necessary to ensure compliance with the Rules, in particular to disqualify any participant who has made an inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent declaration.

Article 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Rules are governed by French law.

Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules will be settled exclusively by the competent civil court in Aix en provence.

Article 12: Consultation of the Rules
